Multitasking is becoming the norm for many women who consistently find themselves trying to juggle kids, errands, church activities, jobs, and relationships. For women who have become caught up in the hectic pace of everyday life, this book from MOPS author Keri Wyatt Kent offers help and hope. Based on Jesus' call to "Come to me all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest," Breathe shares true stories and practical examples of how to find the rest Jesus promised. This engaging read challenges the lie that a mother's value is found in what she does rather than who she is. Calling women away from the hectic life, this book shows the way to a central place of rest ultimately found in one's relationship with God.

A must-read for all moms! I'm a young mom of three and once I starting reading this book, I couldn't put it down. It is full of great ideas for slowing down and enjoying life to its fullest. It revitalized my relationship with my heavenly father, and I'm so thankful. Every mom needs to read this book.

This book is a breath of fresh air to any woman longing for more time with God and not sure how to get there. I could relate to each woman's story of finding sabbath and eliminating hurry in their lives. As I practiced the "breathe" exercises I sensed a peace and rest of God that was intoxicating. For those who don't just want to "do" for God but want to be with Him; its a must read!

I really loved reading this book. I am starting to incorporate some of the ideas & perspectives into mine & my families daily life. Slowing down is something the Lord has been impressing me to do. So getting this book at the time I did has been a miracle. The stories of the woman in it are easy to relate to. This book just makes so much sense! I am encouraging the leadership of the MOMS group at our church to give this book to every woman in the group!
