Good for a Christian that wants a Biblical basis for having boundaries. I am giving them to my clients.
Dianne5 Stars Out Of 5BoundariesFebruary 5, 2016DianneQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I was given this book for Christmas. It was a huge blessing for me. I had been made to feel guilty and had been manipulated for so many years. This book explained how to stop this and to NOT feel guilty about saying no. I purchased two more of them and gave to friends that needed some guidance.

Spearmaiden5 Stars Out Of 5BoundariesAugust 24, 2015SpearmaidenQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0The information in this book opens a persons eye to how we let others treat us, and how we can be stronger in our relationships with others by defining our boundaries. It is not the only book that will help heal brokenness but it sure is the first step. I think I have read this book in the 90's and I still reread it because when you have grown up with not knowing what a boundary is, it can take the rest of your life practicing setting them. Never give up. I have since purchased the work books called Beyond Boundaries. It's a must.
