Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. Boundaries impact all areas of our lives: Physical boundaries help us determine who may touch us, mental boundaries give us the freedom to have our own thoughts, emotional boundaries help us to deal with our own emotions and spiritual boundaries help us to distinguish God's will from our own.

This is an excellent read! I wish I had known about this book twenty years ago it would have changed my life! It will change it now its never too late! Get this book you won't be sorry you did! Powerful, chocked full of insight and direction for your life!

I have beeen receiving counseling and boundaries is what my counselor has been talking about. I purchased the book to see if it would dig deeper and explain more of what the counselor has been talking about. I have been extremely thankful for getting it. It has been hard to put down. Counselor was excited that I have both the book and the workbook. I can see myself in it and am thankful for getting it and trusting God that I will become a stronger and better person for it by applying the principles laid out in the book.

I can't put this book down. I would like to teach a lot of people I know the information in this book. The authors gave a very clear picture not only of what boundaries should look like but how to put them into your own circumstances. This would make an excellent class study.

This is a great book for those who struggle with being "yes" people or people pleasers.I like that it gives real-life examples to assist one in life application.
