I think it is wonderful. I started reading it with my two year old and now he is five and we still read it with his little brother. It helps them to do and not just say the scriptures. I will continue using it to help the boys (and myself) truly follow Jesus in our everyday lives.

This is a terrific book for my 2 and 3 year olds. We will be reading one verse everyday for many days to come! Buy this book - well worth the money!!

Really great book. My son loves reading each bible verse. My only complaint is that it only has one picture per verse. I wish it had a few more pics especially since it is for 3-7yr olds. My sons favorite part of reading is looking at the pictures after we finish reading the story and retelling it in his own words...which is very difficult to do with only one picture. DS is only 2 (almost 3) so for an older child it may not be as big of an issue.

I highly recommend this book. I have a 2 and a 4 year old. This is one of our new bed time books. They love it! My 4 year old excitedly asks to read it and likes to memorize the verses. I do the verse repeat one word at a time for my two year old and it gives her a great sense of accomplishment. The stories are relevant and easy for children to comprehend. The subjects also open up doors to communicate about situations that happen between us or with others.

This is the book to buy if you can only get one. It's understandable and the short stories truly help explain how to apply them to life. I also enjoy knowing I am helping teach my children to hide the Word in their hearts, teaching letter recognitionn, and spending quality time through reading.

Excellent book for all ages. Wonderfully sound as are all Ms Hunt's book. Very useful as gifts; I go an extra step and make up cards with the verses, add alpha stickers etc then laminate and include a small easel for holding the "memory cards".

I love this book! It explains what the verses mean is such an easy and understand-able way for my 7 and 9 yr old boys. I would have never been able to explain the verses like this book does!! I agree...I wish there were more than 26 lessons.
