The Bible and the Holy Fathers for Orthodox
Great for any Christian
This is a huge book which provides the proper reading for each day of the Orthodox year. After each reading of the Epistle and Gospel, the book provides the various writings and homilies related to that reading by various Saints including St. John Chrysostom, St. Cyril of Alexandria, St. John Climacus, and others.
I showed this to my Priest and he ordered one!
I wanted to get an Orthodox Study Bible and this book comes the closest to what I need. This book is for all Orthodox and other Christians. It is Spiritual in that the readings guide the soul away from earthly matters and toward God.

The way this book is put together you may use it for worship only or study only or a combination of the two. It is an excellent resource and I am glad to own it.

Excellent and Useful Resource for Orthodox Chrstns
I bought this as a high school graduation present for my son, and he is very happy with it. We have been using it, as he permits us, for our family prayer time, and the readings from the Fathers of the Church have been insightful and lifegiving, adding spiritual understanding to the scriptures which are laid out according to the Church calendar. Unfortunately, it arrived slightly damaged because the packaging was not adequate to protect the book completely. It had a mild crease along the spine and a small but permanent and definite dent on one of the edges of the cover. The value from CBD was the best I found online for this book.
