bad format, not worth the cost

I concur with most of what has already been written about this product. It is a very simple format, way overpriced. Copy and paste can be done by using CTRL C and CTRL V, but only a page at a time, and when pasting into a document, the margins have to be manually formatted with the document.
Most of the indexing in the book of Luke is off.
The only improvements over the previous version (now sadly no longer available) is substituting generic equivalents for Barclay's use of "man" when referring to human beings, and using numbers instead of Roman numerals.
Some months back, I called the publisher to inform them of these errors and deficiencies and was told that a revised version would be forthcoming in October. But when I called the company a few days ago (early Nov.), I was told that they no longer publish it and referred me to "Word Search Press." (1-800-888-9898). I called them and found out that they indeed do sell it but knew nothing of any revision.
Thankfully, I have an electronic copy of the previous DSB that came with a very inexpensive Bible software program (The Bible Library by Talicor), which unfortunately is no longer unavailable.
1. If you click on a verse selection in the menu, a verse several chapters prior to your selection comes on screen. If you try to use the sidebar and scroll down, you'll fly through 10 chapters by barely moving the bar. To get where you want to be, you have to reduce the size, then use the page forward button until you find your desired selection.
2. You can highlight all you want but you cannot append to a clipboard. Therefore you cannot print anything. I love to share some of the quotes with my SundaySchool class, but only if I type them out. You can't even print screen on your computer.
We bought this set to use on our IPad while we were traveling in the Holy Lands. Unfortunately we found it isn't designed for tablets so we were very disappointed. The website was unclear that tablets were excluded from use. We were even more disappointed when we were told we wouldn't be able to return it either. I would recommend caution when buying CD's to make sure that they will work on the devices you want to use.
