This book is a good starting point for someone wanting guidance on introducing more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into their diets and is a handy resource for those wishing to reduce their reliance on take-out and get their family on the road to better health.
The meals that I tried were great and I would eat them again and I plan to try more meals from this cookbook. If you are looking for a healthy eating cookbook I would recommend you give this one a try.

It is filled with delicious recipes,guide to healthful eating, nutritional facts,with a few photos. What a wonderful source of recipes with cost guides,and many more interesting and informative facts. I intend to try several of things recipes. A must for any kitchen.
Since I have been working hard to make a lifestyle change in the way I eat, I have been trying to find cookbooks that will help me do that. Not ones that are full of recipes that I will NEVER eat, but ones that have real food for a real person like me.
This cookbook, The 40 Days to Better Living Cookbook: Your Easy-to-Use Guide to Delicious, Healthful Meals really does that for me --it gives me real and delicious recipes to help me eat better, live better, and cook better for not only me - but my family as well.
We all know that losing weight is hard and that sometimes eating healthy can be expensive so one of the things I liked about this cookbook is each recipe came with a $ to $$$ to show you how expensive it could be to gather the ingredients. It also gave a * on the recipes that you could make and freeze for up to three months.
I can't wait to dig in further and make more recipes from this delicious cookbook!

Let's face it most of us do not eat correctly. Even worse, some of us do not even cook at home spending most of our time, and money, eating out-which, of course, does not properly nourish us. The Church Health Center to the rescue. They have provided 200 recipes covering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks. These recipes are mostly easy to prepare and are nutritionally balanced and allow for plenty of variety over the course of 40 days. Not only is this a cookbook that you will use over and over it is also a wonderful gift to give to family and friends so that they can have a cookbook to use over and over.
