As a family we often pray for persecuted Christians. We purchased this movie so we would gain insight into Islam and be better informed to pray. This film was excellent. Well written, and the acting was very good. We didn't expect it to end the way it did. Well done!
I watched this movie with my wife and children last year. It's amazing how we are always thinking about saving ourselves when many others are thinking about giving themselves for Christ. Riveting until the very end. The grace of God is certainly upholding those who are persecuted for our Savior's name's sake.
A masterful production that is so accurate in it portrayal of the "unpardonable sin" for a Muslim to convert to Jesus Christ. This is a "must see" for every Christian. Committed disciples will weep for the high cost our brothers and sisters around the world often pay to follow Jesus. The nominal Christian will be confronted with their lukewarm, cheap grace, and pew warming "churchianity".For years (starting back in the 90s), the only copy of this film I could get my hands on was by special permission; it was kept under lock and key at the Seminary library director's office. And the film had NO credits, names, etc because of the possibility of Muslim reprisals. I have shown this movie in different churches and have probably seen it at least a dozen times myself. NEVER does this film loose its edge. You will want to share it with your pastor and other Christian leaders. If you miss this movie, you have missed one of the top 5 Christian movies ever.
