Like all Bob Jones material, this teacher's edition is top quality as far as setup, graphics and thoroughness. However any parent could very easily do without this particular one. I never looked in it once. The main key to remember (that we don't think of on our own) when teaching a child to read is to help him sound out the words in his head. Besides that, I got nothing out of it. Save your money.
