This is the 1st time using the revised material.
It is and will remain one of my favorite pieces that God has used in my ministry. The very 1st time I ever shared this with a church family a dear saint returned with a testimony that they shared Christ successfully using the tools taught in this material. Praise God for "Barbecue First". (Read the material and this phrase will come alive for you and your congregation!

The new material is great, however, taking out the "How to deal with difficult questions" and the practicing witnessing areas are missed. We still incorporate the 'practicing witnessing' with our attendees when we go through this study.

This course is great! I really learned a lot about myself and how to communicate my faith with others. It's great to be able to practice with people we are familiar with first.

here we have a remake of a remake trying to be updated and its not!! if i were in a big church setting of 175 or more this book would be more helpful, but in a church with 100 or so, not very helpful at all! check out ebay for better pricing on the book!

Excellent, practical resource for equipping Christians of all levels of maturity for sharing their faith. Not complicated, very compassionate approach, using normal methods of relating to people we know or meet. Not high-pressure.
