Excellent resource but is very graphic and explicit with sexual content. Should be done with the workbook and checked out by parent first if under 18 yo.

I think this book has saved my life, and as of right now it will bring me to purity. Looking back after reading this book i never made a full commitment to be pure because of my sins and i never really thought about how much my thoughts could effect me but now my eyes have been opened. I would want any other guy to read this book that is struggling. To a point the descriptions were a little explicit but they didn't sugar coat anything, and they were only using it as examples of struggles that guys face everyday and i was able to relate to some situations.

A truely awsome book! I agree that it should be read by every mom, dad and son, but also by every daughter. Some, especially moms, may be hesistant to broach this topic with a son. But a little initial discomfort--if there is any--is soon replaced with the unspoken (probably) message from your son that he is so relived to have guidance in a tormenting battle. And like some other reviews have said, teen girls really benefit from reading this too so they can help their Christian brothers.
Women reading this book is part of bringing the universal male struggle with lust out into the light so individual boys and men can feel safe confessing their struggle and seeking help.

Excellent book. Every father, mother and son should read this book. I do agree with the authors that parents do need to use discretion with this book. The material is valuable but should be shared with their sons at the proper time. If shared to soon I think it would not be helpful. Overall, excellent book and I am glad we have it as a resource to encourage our sons in purity.

Very good material, wish we had it years ago. The guide seems to be out of sink with the book outline wich makes it a little harder to use. Over all very good, thanks.

This book is very blunt and covers a lot of very mature aspects of sexuality and the problems young men face today. It has good information, but I would not recommend this study for teenagers under 16. Parents be prepared to talk about issues that are graphic to say the least.
