There is GOLD here. Does not avoid controversies or difficult passages, sound interpretation. A little brief so you need to engage with the material a little but excellent value for money! One may not always agree with the interpretation but still , Highly recommended. The price is unbelievable!

I have been studying Barnes Notes for a very long time. He is well educated and is very accurate in application. I have purchased other commentaries, but Barnes is the one I prefer. Over the years I have purchased three sets, and I have my sights on two more.

Wonderful product. I started using them and comparing them to other commentary notes the very first day! Much insight to offer if you are a true student of God's Word. Would recommend this set to anyone who would like to Study God's Word in depth...well worth the money!
