Christian music's rockin' sister group is back with their signature blend of power chords and soaring choruses! Embodying the juxtaposition of the hope we have in God with the struggles of the faith journey, BarlowGirl's latest release encourages you in "Beautiful Ending," "Our Worlds Collide," "A Love Song," "Come Alive Tonight," "No More Sorrow," "Tears Fall," and more.

I really like this CD. So much better than the "Another Journal." Songs are more interesting and the production is fantastic.

Love and War is definetly one of BG's albums. All the songs are amazing in terms of words and music, but Come Alive, Hello Sunshine, Sing Me a Love Song, and Love is Marching our my favorites. Becca has some awesome solos in Our Worlds Collide and Hello Sunshine! This is definetly a must have!

"Get up, Get out, theres no time to waste now..." These opening lyrics from the album "Love & War" set the tone for BarlowGirl's life and message from the get go. Now, on the heels of "How Can We Be Silent", an album that encouraged listeners to break that silence, L&W shows us how. This album, while it may not become as infamous as "Another Journal Entry", is hands down the sisters best work to date. While spending equal time exploring both extremes of Love and War, nothing seems forced or contrived. Every song instatnly grabs your attention, weather its with infectious beats and hooks, or with heartbreakingly tender vocals and silence that just reduces your spirit to conviction. This is an A+ album, and among my top 5 favorites of the year thus far.
Highlights: Every song! Unlike all of the girls previous releases, I fell in love with every single song. There was always just on or two on previous records that I never felt like revisiting. But this one is truly Epic. Just a standout effort that is certain to finally garner the sisters an award or two... or three.
