I am an inter-denominational missionary and have spent 20 years showing Christian films in an open air ministry in small villages and for the last 2 years have been working in the Philippines. I have a library of over 200 films that I use and this particular film is one of the 2 or 3 most powerful evangelical messages that I use, both in Mexico and here in the islands. It presents a realistic view of the worldwide persecution that many of our brothers and sisters face each day and reminds us that we have an obligation to pray for them.
I thought this was a good movie, very realistic. My Sunday School curriculum recommended it for 2nd and 3rd graders, however I thought it was a bit too violent for that age group. Children should be a bit older.
I first saw the whole movie on Godtube and I was really disappointed. If your looking for a movie with people killed for their faith, look no further. Still the acting of the main character is good though.
