Bishop George Bloomer is a native of Brooklyn, New York. After serving as an evangelist for fourteen years, he began pastoring in 1996. Bloomer is the founder and senior pastor of Bethel Family Worship Center in Durham, North Carolina, but he continues to travel extensively, sharing with others his testimony of how the Lord delivered him from a life of poverty, drug abuse, sexual abuse, and mental anguish.
