wonderful clean christian reading I would recomend this book to anyone who likes to read. It is good clean and wholesome reading. It shows people their need for salvation, and how to live a Godly life. July 21, 2011

This second Californians installment is wonderful and, thankfully, has lost some of the sugar sweet syndrome. Jeff's growth as a character is painful, but realistic, and Bobbie's journey to trust and love with Jeff should, I think, touch anyone with half a heart. There are also some good comedic moments and a touching scene between Kaitlin and Marcail near the end that round out the plot. Good work, Lori! November 23, 2007
