Pastor J. Wayne Chaisson5 Stars Out Of 5March 14, 2010Pastor J. Wayne ChaissonVery well written with wonderful examples and illustrations. What I appreciate about the book is that Dr. Hemphill shares the principles in such a way that they can be absorbed by the reader, adopted, and adapted to meet the specific needs of any given ministerial context. Our church has been incorporating this book into our leadership training for the past 3 years, and we have given out dozens of them.
