Even adults struggle to understand our Creator - the infinite Being who seeks a personal relationship with each of us. Now children can begin to understand both God's Holy Word and the importance of Him in their lives - what He expects from them, why it is vital to follow His plan for their lives, and the love He has for them. Open the book and discover:
- Why can't I hear God talking to me?
- How big is God?
- What does God look like?
- Why do I get in trouble at school when I talk about the Bible?
These important answers will empower children to live with godly values and help them to understand why it is so important that they obey God. The new Answers Book for Kids series is a unique collection from Ken Ham and the creative team at Answers in Genesis. This set is an ideal resource for your elementary homeschool or your Church library. This is the 3rd book of a 4-volume set.
Ken Ham is the president/CEO and founder of Answers in Genesis - U.S. and the highly acclaimed Creation Museum. Ken Ham is one of the most in-demand Christian speakers in North America. Ken's emphasis is on the relevance and authority of the book of Genesis and how compromise on Genesis has opened a dangerous door regarding how the culture and church view biblical authority. His Australian accent, keen sense of humor, captivating stories, and exceptional PowerPoint illustrations have made him one of North America's most effective Christian communicators.
Cindy Malott is a member of the Answers in Genesis staff. She works as executive assistant to the Marketing & Media teams, and worked hard helping to organize and compile important biblical answers for these informative children's resources.
These important answers will empower children to live with godly values and with a spirit of obedience for God. The new Answers Book for Kids series is a unique collection from Ken Ham and the creative team at Answers in Genesis.
Bethany Fleishour5 Stars Out Of 5December 30, 2009Bethany FleishourThe Answers Book for Kids Volume 3: 22 Questions from Kids on God and the Bible and Volume 4: 22 Questions from Kids on Sin, Salvation and the Christian Life by Ken Ham are great resources for helping your children try and understand some of the big questions they having rolling around in their minds. Thses books are great at helping guide the child to find out those "Why" questions and to dig deeper into the Bible. Each page has a question from a child, a response and extra scriptures that you can use to learn even more of what God's word says about the question. Some of the questions are, "Who made God?, How big is God?, Why does God let the bad guys win sometimes?, How does God get His power? Where does He get it from?" This was also a great resource for me, as a parent, on my journey of faith and wrestling through some of the more difficult questions of life. I really enjoyed the pictures used on each page. They were creatively put together to help match the question asked. I have not yet read Volumes 1 and 2 but I am sure they were done with the same quality and accuracy as Volumes 3 and 4. I would definitely recommend having these in your home library, town library and/or church library.
