This book is an excellent book for anyone who struggles with anger issues. The authors, who are not new by any means, know how to help you:
discover what sparked your anger
learn the difference between constructive and destructive anger
learn Biblical ways to express your anger and deal with it before it gets the best of you and your Christian testimony.
Great book! Read it and re-read it!

I bought the book for my 10 year old son and he had no clue of the meaning to most of the words. This book was suggsted by our counselor. I felt the book can be to advanced for some age groups.

This book would be a great resource for group studies, and the price makes it even more desirable. I am extremely pleased with the content and the exercises designed to help each person evaluate themselves and write down their thoughts on the space alloted to them.
