Does America—the most powerful nation on Earth—appear in Bible prophecy?
Some people believe the United States will be wiped out in a nuclear attack. Others say it’s where the Antichrist will rise. And many people wonder what life will be like in America during the seven–year Tribulation.
But what can we know for sure? And what events are setting the stage for the last days, not only in America but globally?
Terry James, who has spoken and written extensively on Bible prophecy, addresses these issues and more as he examines the pivotal role America will play:
- The irreversible move toward one world government
- The rise in world spirituality yet hatred toward true Christianity
- The danger signs in America’s faltering economic system
- The new world superpower on the horizon
- The peace that will lead to the world’s greatest war
A fascinating survey of what is to come!

Very insightful and a wealth of information historically on where we have been as a country and where we are going.

It is worth the read. We need to think about America and its current direction. What are you willing to give up for world government under Antichrist?

Extremely timely, especially considering the rapidly changing events worldwide. I think Terry captures the atmosphere that students of prophecy are seeing, but writes in a manner that will enable laypersons to view and understand the "signs of the times". The reference to Bill Salus book regarding the potential for the Psalm 83 battle seems to be well reinforced(as well it should). An excellent book for the present times. I highly recommend it for all levels of prophecy study.

This book was so very well written it helped me really focus and understand many of the prophecies as I have never before. Terry James understands exactly where we are today and I am always fascinated and anxious to read anything he writes or has to say on his website Rapture Ready. I spend literally hours on this site reading. I literally did not want the book to end. I plan on reading it again just in case I missed something.

This book was very thought-provoking. There are a lot of theories on what role (if any) the U.S. will play in the end times. I know a lot about end-times prophecy but this book gave me a fresh outlook and where we as a nation stand. It's a very good read!

I've followed Todd Strandberg's writings for years, and admire the mission that he and Terry James have established. Although I am well studied in end-time prophecies from many different sources, this book still managed to present me with some new and startling information. The book made me think and prompted me to "...search the Scriptures to see if these things be so" (Acts 17:11). I recommend it.
