Publisher's Description

Agnes Sanford has long been hailed as the mother of the Inner Healing/Healing of Memories movement. Though her methods are popular in various segments of the Church, they are anything but Christian. Dr. Gumprecht explores the beginnings of this religious arm of the New Age movement, focusing on Agnes Sanford's rebellion against the orthodox church, her understanding of God's will in connection with suffering, her involvement with New Age leader Emmet Fox, and more.

I cannot figure out how the author can believe what this book claims of Agnus Sanford- that her work is not theologically sound and is "anything but Christian" The author of this book has clearly either never read any of Agnus Sanford's books himself, or has never read the Holy Bible himself, because her work is clearly founded in sound doctrine and teaches nothing in contrary to the Word of God.

I would strongly encourage the reader of this review to not only buy and read every one of Agnus Sanford's book, but look up t he scriptures quoted and study them for him/herself. God is good and is faithful to answer our prayers for wisdom and desires to increase our faith. Test Him in this!
