You will want to make A Holiday Proposal one of the first Christmas stories you read for the season. While it takes place during many of the preparations and early activities of the Christmas season, the story is actually focused more on the Thanksgiving holiday, making it a perfect place to start your holiday reading.
Holly has recently finished nursing school and is fully committed to doing her job well. A couple of men have their eye on Holly, but she is convinced that romance is one distraction she does not need. She is determined to keep the notion of a romantic relationship at a safe distance. In their quest for Hollys heart, will one (or both) of these men continue to pursue her? Or will they take her no as no, and move on?
Kimberly Rose Johnson writes a story that is simple enough to make it a quick, fun, and light-hearted read, while complex enough to build interest and keep you turning the pages. You will find her stories to have spiritual threads with a solid biblical base.
I enjoyed traveling back to Leavenworth, Washington to visit familiar characters from Kimberlys previous books. This story warmed my heart, made me smile, and reminded me that although it may seem easier to build a wall around your heart, you can never truly be happy until you release the things that bind your mind and your emotions.
A copy of A Holiday Proposal was provided to me in exchange for my honest review.

The beautiful storyline is about restoration of self and with others and also is love worth taking a risk. For me, this author has a graceful way of capturing my attention from the beginning and keeping it until the very end. The characters are detailed and descriptive to help project a wonderful vision of each character in your mind. I definitely recommend this novel for your holiday reading.
