Great read! I bought this book so that my 6 th graders could read it together in class. It was fabulous! As a teacher, I am always looking for good books to pique my students interest. This book did! Awesome historical fiction book...I would recommend it even for teens/adults. I'm almost 16 and I still LOVE this book! Definitely a must-read for anyone interested in reading an account of what it might have been like to be living in the midst of WWII... April 9, 2007
