A Family for Faith
Adversity to Triumph
I just finished this book. While facing death and loss the characters in the book learned to lean on and trust God. Waiting for God's best and His timing always is hard but well worth it in the end.

Another great book by Missy. This is a fun story inspired by a father/daughter encounter on a plane. Gabe is the father of a pre teen and struggling. Faith is the neighbour who offers help.
Chelsea the daughter gets together with one of the ladies from church and they start praying for a wife for Gabe. this is where it starts to get really interesting. I love how Chelsea wants the best for her dad. Faith is also struggling with some past issues but is a real help for Chelsea. Both Faith and Gabe have issues they need to work through. It is interesting how things that happen in our past can affect us and our thinking into the future. Another good read.

Healing and restoration as well as Romance
What a story! The struggles of Faith and Gabe dealing with their fears while God draws them together is so real. None of us are perfect so we all have fears when it comes to love.
Second marriages for both Faith and Gabe for different reasons. With my oldest just remarrying and God's blessing on her wedding there was so much joy. I could feel it for Faith and Gabe in the story as well as for my daughter.
Chelsea lost her Mom. Ben was hurting and made some wrong choices. All the healing that had to evolve to bring them all together ministered to me as I was walking through some deep hurts. So you can get encouraged for more than love in this book.
A must read in my eyes.

A shining example of second chances!!!!!!
Faith Hagin struggles with the guilt of not getting things right. Then her neighbor, Gabe Reynolds, a handsome cop--and widower--patrols right through Faith's popular hangout coffee shop. When Chelsea, Gabe's teenaged daughter, bonds with the savvy and even-keeled Faith, matchmaking prayers are lifted to heaven. Will those prayers be enough to offset Gabe's memories of the perfect wife?
In this her debut novel, Missy Tippens tackles teenaged rebellion, second chances, and the often-complex road of recovery after the death of a spouse. Tippens does it with great writing. Loveable characters. Believeable scenes.
An airplane trip and a stranger's story inspired this wonderful first write from a lovely lady. Don't miss your chance to be entertained, inspired, and educated by A Family for Faith!
