really enjoyed the updated version of ancient work, done respectfully and well. The kids really like it because they recognize a large amount of hit songs and see that it can still have the same meaning even with a change in styling.

I heard good things about this CD and I also learned this CD was very much influenced by what Louie Giglio, founder of Passion learned from Dr. Robert Webber. I listened to this CD and it is a jewel. I appreciate the artists not messing with the original melody but rather added something extra that gives more power to the message. Great for all ages and great personal devotional CD.

I get so sick of the whole debate between hymns and "modern" worship...How sad that one of the things so precious to the heart of God--worship--(and something that should be about HIM, not what we like or dislike) has been a divise factor in so many churches. I love this CD (I've had it for almost a week and listen pretty much nonstop). And I love the heart behind it. Worship is not a new thing--it's not a fad. It's not going away. The hymns have lasted this long because they are amazing songs to our awesome God. Passion brings the original "passion" back into these old songs, and makes their music easy to grab onto for another generation. I love the whole CD. One of my favorite tracks is the "Phos Hilaron"--I was a part of the lighting of the lamps at OneDay03 and the Passion Experience Tour 03 and that is such a powerful declaration. I highly recommend this CD!
