When does an affair begin? Not with the first forbidden touch...but with the first forbidden thought. Unexpectedly, you find yourself enjoying a powerful emotional bond with another man. You feel like you matter to someone again. And the door you thought was locked so firmly---the door to sexual infidelity---is suddenly ajar.
The only way you can survive the intense struggle for sexual integrity is by guarding not just your body, but your mind and heart as well. Every Woman's Battle can help you learn to do that. Using real-life stories and examples from her own struggle, Shannon Ethridge helps women like you---whether married, engaged, or planning to marry someday.

a greatly informative book for our time! With sex being promoted in all facets good and bad, we need to know as christians the temptations, but more so the 'root' causes of those temptations. I should know, I had an affair with a Pastor and realize that I have had problems with intimacy! I have since repented and moved on, however, I was plagued with 'consequences' of my sin even though forgiven and this book has helped me to be free! A must read for ALL women in particular!

This is the best book I have ever read that puts how God intended us to live as single, married or divorced women. It backs it up with scripture and doesn't mix words. It will help me in my relationship for sure.

Great read. I took the book to church to get reviewed because of the begining and am now going to lead a group of ladies. Fooling ourselves about these issues don't make them go away. It only leaves it for the dark world to use against us in our walk. Some things in the book I have experienced and my marriage has definity got better. Alot of the problems, we cause ourselves.

It's so true how women are emotional creatures. I believe that it's important to keep our eyes on God to avoid temptations in life and this book points out what to look for to avoid making wrong choices. Definitely recommend.

I have been so blessed by the material in this book. The book is so accurate about the feelings we experience as single or married women. There is no end to some of the things that go on in our minds that need to be addressed. Sometimes we are to embarrassed to to talk about them, but the author seems to know exactly where we are. I recommend this book to those that struggle spiritually with issues and to those that think they don't struggle. A recommended read!
