Ive been using this for along time now and this has a way of telling just what you need to hear every day with thoughts and blessings. I bought last years through Christian Supply but CBD has them and everyone beat on pricing. This is very elegent and beautiful so your life will be stored in something you can be proud of allowing others to see when you go to be with the Lord. I have been reading Streams in the Desert over and over for 5 years. This version has a devotional which is perfect to look back on and remind you of how your faith can grow over the years. If you need encouragement in your walk with God, this is it!

Streams in the Desert is wonderful spiritual food for the thirsty Christian soul. It contains beautifully written, and completely reassuring and strengthening messages from our Lord to help us through this earthly journey. It has become a daily "must read" in our home. I bought Streams in the Desert for the first time and I enjoy it so much that i have been giving it as gifts to several of my friends who all enjoy it's daily wisdom, a wonderful devotional. the leather cover is very nice and will last to pass it down to my Grandkids

Wonderful Devotional, especially to have for reassurance and comfort from the Lord during the hard trials of life. I just gave my copy away...again, so it is time to buy another. A Classic, must have for every Christian. Highly Recommended!

Very encouraging for down in the valley times--stressful days--feeling overwhelmed---even uplifting for anxious moments --an altogether great gift for the growing Christian. There's a bit of Calvinist slant with many of the articles that are shared in this journal. But all in all it's a great daily companion.
