I have several of the Design A Study books and love them all. If you are interested in the Unit Study approach to your homeschooling, then these books are for you. They have easily guided me through lesson planning for my children with helpful information to make sure we cover the necessary elements. I am a novice at homeschooling but these books have been a great help and confidence booster for me. I would highly recommend any of the Design A Study books.
