This is an excellent game, and simple to assemble. I was hesitant to order it, since there were no reviews, but now I'm glad I did. It reminds me of the video game "Tetris" (which is why I bought it). One difference is, your face is not glued to a TV screen, and you can have quality time at the table with whoever is playing. My 5 year old enjoys turning the pieces and figuring out which way they will go in the slots, and understands which ones will fill it up without leaving an open space. My 8 year old caught on quickly with what pieces will gain the most points. Older children and adults will enjoy the additional strategy of keeping your opponent from having a good move. This game may also remind you of Connect Four, except this has the potential for more strategy because the pieces are different shapes. Almost every age level can enjoy playing. Also, it is a very good game to help children with spatial relations. This will be on my list of gifts to give to people, and for teachers and their classrooms. I highly recommend it. If I had one small critique, it would be the scorekeeper at the bottom. The sliding pieces are small and may not easily move to the next point (you have to lift it, and slide). But it's insignificant compared to how much we like the game - so it still gets 5 stars from me.
