This is a really wonderful way to help your child enjoy practicing his writing skills. My son was at the point of completely dreading the monotonous writing practice pages he did with the homeschool curriculum package I had been using. A friend introduced me to Draw Write Now, and it has really made a difference in my son's interest level. It's really wonderful how the book combines a drawing, writing, and history lesson all in one! And they are short lessons, so the love of learning is not so easily lost--as it can be when there is a sea of repetious practice. We will be using this, and most likely more, Draw Write Now books for a long time!

The Draw Write Now Series is an excellent way to teach multiple subjects at one time in the class or home setting. My children are eager to learn each day about North America & the Indians in book #3.
