This book gives all of us who want to make entertainment for the Lord come to grips with God's plans which are superior to our plans. "A man's mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." Proverbs

I loved this book--an honest account of one man's dream to partner with God in creating something that would bring good to the world. Vischer makes profound points about "beware of your dreams," because, ultimately, "The God who created the universe is enough for us." Highly recommended, as both a memoir and a business book.

Since expanding our family 8 years ago, we have found great comfort in the Big Idea productions of biblical truths and morals so lacking in modern entertainment. I read Phil's book in 2 sittings and was refreshed to find a candid and honest look at our human frailites...not finger pointing. I was also relieved to see that Big Idea did not fail due to scandal or immoral choices.
