Greetings, Friends:
From the serious Christian historian scholar to the simply interested, this excellent work is truly a great addition to any library -- and that goes from my 1,000+ church/personal library to the very smallest. Even though I did not agree with every single "event" in the past 2 millennia, I must confess to you that regardless of the vast reservoir of Christian knowledge God has given me, I even learned great things of our Christian heritage from the very few "events" I did not agree with.
My humble advice: If you can spare the $, and you would like to know a great scope of why we as Christians have come to be the way we are today, I would suggest purchasing this very fine book. I do *not* believe you will be disappointed.
Best regards,
Keith "On Fire" Campbell
