This is the CD that made me a fan of these guys. When I first heard of their name from a friend, I never thought much of it but when I borrowed this and gave it a listen...I was hooked instantly. From the opening track "Larger than Life" all the way to the hilarious "Rockstars need Money", this CD is near perfect!! It's overflowing with talent! Mouth-opening tracks include "Calmer of the Storm" (when I've gone through a trial, the Lord brings me to this song and I'm on my knees thanking Him), "Making Me" (the chorus has been my prayer for awhile), and "Reconcile." Marc's range is unbelievable and it is contrasted perfectly by Jason's gritty-yet-down-to-earth vocals. I recommend this CD without any hesitation or question!

A Message to Downhere: The first moment I ever heard your music (back in 1999), I was covered in goosebumps. You are truly talented and amazing artists. Don't ever quit. Your music is so uplifting. Your music makes me feel so much closer to Aaron. Thank you xoxoxoxo

This has become one of my favorite bands. We saw them in concert last year with Sonicflood. I had never heard their music but loved it right away. I loved their CD as soon as I heard it, it's not one of those you learn to like but one of those that you can't stop listening to from the get go. Eventhough I wouldn't classify their CD as a worship CD, the lyrics are so deep that it's so easy to sing with them and get a spirit of worship as you do. I highly recommend this one!

I really enjoy this group, they minister to me as I go to work 5 days a week, and then again when I go home. I especially like the song, Great Are You Lord ... This group has a real positive ministry and upbeat sound ... I just turned 50 (11/8) but I enjoy this type of music. Thanks kids!!!

It is typically the sort of music that I like. Good and sweet rock with many beautiful ballads. Trust me I'm gonna buy it. I will be so glad to hear more praises but maybe in another album.

Great CD! A good variety of styles and sounds. I first heard "Great Are You" on the radio and had to know what group recorded it. The other songs have a heavier rock sound, but all are well done. This is a talented group of musicians, although maybe not rolling in the dough...yet!

This cd is incredible! My favorite song are "Raincoat","Calmer of the Storm","Protest to Praise", and "So Blue". If you don't have this cd buy it. It is a must-have. These guys truly give all of the glory to God. Keep up the good work guys!

This is the best album I have ever heard!!! Downhere is an awesome band and you can tell their passionate about what they sing about - God and His love. Definitely a MUST BUY. Fabulous job! You WILL NOT be disappointed.
