Multi-Platinum selling, multi-GRAMMY winning band Jars of Clay has released its fifth project, Furthermore - From the Studio: From the Stage.The two-disc set features an acoustic disc, From the Studio, with 11 songs, including eight new arrangements of Jars of Clay favorites and three new songs. The second disc, From the Stage, offers 10 cuts recorded live on the successful major market The Eleventh Hour Tour.

Jars of Clay is an awesome band that has a great live show. The second cd is really good and the best song on it is the 10 min. version of Worlds Apart. The first cd is also good and has great acoustic renditions of former hits, as well as 3 new songs.

This CD is incredible! I got it as a Valentine present, and my Valentine knows that I love Jars. This is truly a must have for all Jars' fans.

WOW! This CD is incredible, and no doubt the best song is Worlds Apart, hands down! This record is a must have for all Jars fans!

When I first looked at this CD, my first thought-Another greatest hits CD. I probably won't get it since I have most of the songs. But I was pleasantly surprised that this is not just a slight rearranging of greatest hits. This is an entirely new CD in which, between the studio and live cuts, familiar songs are presented in a creative and vibrant way. The arranging of these songs are so different, it is almost as if I have never heard these songs before. The acoustic arrangements of even some of their more electric songs are truly masterpieces. This is one of the finest "retread" CD's I have ever heard and you almost get the sense that Jars felt they did not go far enough at the first release of these songs and wanted to perfect them. I can honestly say that they were very successful in doing so.
This is a very good CD and it shows that Christians can use the talents God has given them for His glory.

Futhermore is an absolutely amazing album. Jars has achieved the impossible - actually improving those songs we already love, in addition to giving us new favorites. "Dig", "redemption", and "the valley song" sound like they belong on the chart-breaking self-intitled album. I wish I could give it a 6! :)

I just got "furthermore- from the studio: from the stage" and it is great! The songs have been re-arranged, and it is such a masterpiece! I definitely recommend this to any Jars fan; or fan of great music!!

I don't think that there is such a thing as a bad Jars of Clay album. I have had the privilege of listening to some of their new stuff and it sounds great!!!
