Faith Lessons in the Dust of the Rabbi [Video Download] 1 5 1 1

Had way too much trouble with downloads. I bought this download hoping to show the episodes in my bible discussion group. It was difficult figuring out how to download. It took hours. It's not clear how to access the download client once it has been put on your computer. Some of this may be that I was working with a Mac, but if the Mac is not fully supported, CBD should let me know. One episode started to download and the following day was not complete. I erased it and tried to download again, but I could no longer access it on the cite. The customer service person I spoke to was gracious enough to reset it for me. I tried to download it but was unsuccessful. I went through this process a number of times and eventually had to repurchase the episode because it was not reset by the last customer service person I spoke to. The episode is still not fully downloaded now and I still am not able to show it because it is not complete. It stops abruptly before the end. There needs to be a much better balance between the DRM protection and the ease of use of the product. My goal was to get the episodes into iTunes and beam it to my Apple TV, but over a month later, I have not been able to do that because Episode One is not ready for beaming. November 18, 2012
