This book is a "must have" if you are called of God in leadership of a church or ministry.
It is not a quick read, but a hungry study of it will reveal God and target His plan for you. I have been out of seminary for eighteen years and I regret that this book was not part of my curriculum before I stepped into pastoring. Nevertheless, God is favoring me with it in my life today. May He do likewise for you as you give Him opportunity.
