Reviewed by Mark Borchardt (Bloomington, MN), June 07, 2009 This book brought up some interesting discussion points for our situation. Although every arrangement is unique, it at least throws things out in front of you that may not come to mind right away. 4 out of 5 stars
Reviewed by Grant Speece (Ada, MN), April 22, 2008 I recently accepted a call to a church which has been sharing a building with another church for five years. Except for when I was a military chaplain, I have never shared a building with another congregation. This book gave me some important insights regarding the sharing of the building. I recommend it to anyone who is involved with a church which is sharing a building. I have started lending this book to members of my church assembly. I also intend to lend it to the other pastor. Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Serving as host pastor of a church where we have
three guest nationalities (American, Brazilian
and Haitian) has been a tremendous joy. We have
learned many things on how to successfully
minister to the communities around our church. I
share these lessons in my book. May God bless
the reader.
