Anyone involved in a non-profit at any level should take the time to read this book. I am highlighting the valuable points for future reference. It is a clear resource taking away the mysteries and misconceptions associated with non-profit organizations. Every other American is involved in some type of volunteering. Non-profits are a major part of the American tradition. Having a better understanding will only help our community.
