Luciano Jaramillo Cardenas, born in Colombia, was a pastor in various churches in his country. Presently, he is the Director of Hispanic Ministries at IBS, in Miami, Florida. He is also, a member of the Pastoral Counselors of Vida Publishers, and a professor of Theological Studies of South Florida. En la actualidad, ejerce el cargo de Director de Ministerios Hispanos de la S.B.I., desde su sede en Miami.
