This offering is akin to a hidden gem among a series of relevant and well-written Bevere offerings. Not as famous as some of his other books, it is my favorite. Bevere, as usual, challenges the reader to make relationship with God, not self-motivated ministry the desire of all believers. Only a "heart ablaze" has the courage and wisdom to climb the mountain to God Himself as Moses did. Settling for anything else leaves the believer at the foot of the mountain(the Isrealites' plight)unfulfilled and carnal. This is a thought provoking and life changing book-read slowly and digest!

John Bevere writes in a very easy to understand yet profound manner. I was deeply moved by this book and critically challenged in my Christian walk...a must read if you want to draw near to God.

It challenges the reader to cast of the world and seek the Lord in truth. I was and am
truly blessed and benefited by A Heart Ablaze.
