Excellent presentation. Boice reveals the book of Daniel as an excellent source of lessons about Christians living in a difficult world. The first 6 chapters of Daniel are about those difficulties and Boice discusses how real they are for us today.
In the second half of the book, Boice discusses the prophecies in a reasonable way. He provides explanations for difficult parts, especially understanding how these prophecies fit with history. But throughout the book, Boice concentrates on how every part of the book applies to us.
