I bought this book for my newly married daughter and found it to be very informative. I appreciate the fact that the author answers concerns from a Christian perspective allowing couples to make choices based on their convictions as well as effectiveness. Would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing book, very informative. I usually do not read books like these cause they seem to be quite biased, but this book was great and lets women know more about their bodies

If you are looking for a book that goes through every birth control option out there this is a great resource! It goes through pros and cons of each method. It is very helpful to any new couple trying to decide what method will work best for them. It is also great for a couple who is wanting to try a different method but not sure which route to try. I would suggest this for any married couple not wanting to start their family right away. It covers medical ways, natural ways, etc...

I really liked this book for it's open & honest approach to the options out there. It has good info in it and lets you know the facts as well as why Christians do/do not use a method. You make the choice, not someone else. I bought for a future reference, but once I picked it up I ended up reading through the whole thing!

If you want to know whether using contraception is Biblical or not - then this book in NOT for you. It does not really address this question, the book assumes that is is OK for Christians to practice birth control(I guess title reveals it). So don't buy it if you want to find out the question itself whether birth control is Biblical or not.
This book has well-put together information about different methods people are using. So, some information is very interesting and insightfull.
Overall:
1) I recomend it only for the medical info about contraception (thats why I rated it 2)
2) I do not recommmend it for failing to try to establish that using birth control is Biblically OK. (thats why I bought the book, but maybe I misread the discription).
