Great book and should be in the library of any Christian who wrestles with Creationism vs Humanism. Excellent tool for witnessing to other people as well as answering questions for existing Christins.

This book covers ample evidence and arguments for a literal interpretation of the Genesis account of Creation "in six days", it does it from a vast field of different sciences and areas of expertise. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in reading about the fallacy of evolution and the solid ground upon which the Genesis narrative stands on.

This book just blows away evolutionist theories. I'm glad I found it, my only complaint is that a lot of the terminology can be confusing but if you can work through that you have a valuable resource on your hand for the defense of the faith.

In the debate over Creation vs. evolution it's very easy to get discouraged when faced with the so many "overwhelming facts" from proponents of evolution. That is why I was extraordinarily grateful for Dr. John Ashton for compiling this book.
In his book, Dr. Ashton poses a question to dozens of Doctors with degrees in scientific fields ranging but not limited to: Mathematical Physics, Biochemistry, Geophysics, Astronomy, Physical Chemistry, and Information Science.
The question posed was, "Why do you believe in a literal six-day Biblical creation as the origin of life on earth?" The only requirement was to respond to that.
The answers given are phenomenal. Each Doctor that responds gives hard concrete evidence as to why it is fundementally more reasonable to believe in special creation by the God of the Bible, rather than mindless random neo-darwinian naturalistic chance.
Amongst other things the evidence supports that our universe and planet are specially designed for life as well as intracately ordered to the nth degree.
But that is not all. The evidence covered ranges from intelligent design being evident because of the relationships between species and plants in an ecosystem, to the irreducibly complex world of molecular biology, to the fundamental fact of the second law of thermodynamics.
Evidence covered also includes the debunking of the classical "facts" of evolution which include among other things: the horrible discrepancies of radiometric dating, the inconsistencies in the fossil record, the mathematical improbability of life originating from purely natural means, as well as the blatant fact that mutations have never been observed that actually increase the information in an organism and create something new in the organism to help it survive better.
If you want to learn more about the evidence backing up Creation science, and if you are frustrated with the seemingly "airtight" case for evolution, then this book is for you.
