Product Description

Parsley exposes the failure of the current generation of believers to engage the culture, present a relevant gospel, and lead/influence through service---and paints a vivid picture of the cost and implications of that failure.

Parsley explains how the culture wars have entered a new, critical phase for the U.S., and discusses the areas in which this war is being fought (Cultural, Scientific, Geopolitical, Media and Academia). He presents an understanding of the paradigms, assumptions, and values that animate the humanist, secularist and neo-pagan enemies of Christianity in America and offers a strategy for winning this "war"---what he calls a New Great Awakening---and how evangelism, social action, and the engagement of culture fit into that plan.

In his bestselling book, Culturaly Incorrect, Dr. Rod Parsley not only tells us where we are as a culture, he tells us how we got here. Any resonable person must admit that our society is in chaos. Chaos is great as a physics theory, but not as a societal norm. Perhaps we all need to step back, make an assessment of our culture, and give Rod Parsley's solutions consideration. His assessments and the resulting Biblical solutions certainly can't make our chaotic situation worse than it is, and he makes a good case for Christians and non-Christians alike to think carefully about our future; think carefully and step up to the plate to make some changes.

No matter your politics, if you think our country is headed in the wrong direction, you ought to read this book. It goes above partisanship to get to the source behind our nation's problems. Rod Parsley spells out a very reasonable solution to our collective ills. Remember that Bible-thing? Turns out, there's a lot of answers in there that would do our country and our American culture a lot of good -- not conservative, or liberal, and not even moderate...just good sense and common decency. I don't agree with Parsley on everything, but he makes a lot of sense this time around.

If you agree with the Republicans on abortion, school choice, and lower taxes, this book is going to strike a cord. If you agree with the Democrats on affirmative action and prevailing wage, you will find plenty here for you too. If you're worried that Hollywood and college professors are teaching your kids to hate their country and have no respect for anyone other than themselves, then you ought to read this book and help stop this madness before we lose America for good. I think this was the best book I've read in a long time. Consider it...highly recommended!
