One of the very best books I've ever read on myself and my relationships. Of all the books I've read this one has given me courage to pursue my relationships in a healthy way and to actually know what that looks like. I now have hope in relationships I thought were impossible.

I have most of my counseling patients read this book. I recommend they read it slow and only think of themselves to get the most out of it. Hold on to your seats!
