very helpful for my growing 10 year old. Answers her questions is a way that satifies her wanting to know. I would reccomend this book to children begining puberty.

Clear and precise. It was of great help to the parents of a 10 yr old boy.this boy started puberty and started to ask questions about his bodily changes. The parent had no idea how to respond. With the books they were able to give the boy the information he needed.
