If more people read this book and practice what Dr. Hart teaches, illness would be drastically reduced. Not only is it educational, it is Biblical which assures that one can count on its validity.

Mr. Hart is right on the dot in this timeless book. Though it was written several years ago, it explains why many of us suffer from the stress disorders in this life. It is not easy to live a perfect Christian life, and the content in this book will not put you precisely on that path. It does contain the needed references to utilize with your Bible as a much needed help. Adrenaline is shown to cause heart disease, stress disorders, and many other deadly consequences. God provides us with the physiological makeup to handle many stresses, but we have jumped into the fast pace of the world along the way. This book will certainly open your eyes to the problems that may be happening in your life, and many times these go without your knowledge. You will learn that many arousing events can actually cause harm to your mind and body. Importantly, this book will help you to find the important solutions to these problems. This is an excellent read for any person that desires to stay ahead of the stress problems. Most of us will endure these issues at some point, and the book will keep you in perspective. It is one of the few books that I can actually say is readable while stress is very high at the moment of reading. The chapters are relevant to each particular response. I pray that this book helps many of you as it did for me!
