George E. Karl has served as the senior pastor of the First Church of God in Vincennes, Indiana since 1989. He and his wife, Jeanne, have been married since 1985 and are parents of two young-adult children. Born and raised in Saint Joseph, Michigan, he is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned a master of divinity degree from Anderson School of Theology in 1985.
