After reading this book I was more encouraged to begin a small group ministry in our church. The information sheds a whole new light on small group ministry.

I liked how this book encourages people to begin leading small groups out of their gifts and passions that God has given them. I also like how it encourages small group leaders to help group members identify their gifts and passions so they too can lead small groups with their God given potential.
