A great book that is a fast read. With the way it is layed out, it is easy to identify your favorite leadership axioms in each category and to identify those that you may want to work on.

This book is a must read for any one who is in leadership. It is very concise and covers every aspect of leadership. Our pastor has recommended it to everyone in our church who is in leadership.

What a great book! You don't have to agree with everything Willow Creek is about to glean very helpful insight from the leadership experience of Hybels. If his book 'Courageous Leadership' is 101, this is Leadership 201. I recommend this to any pastor who is trying to improve his leadership abilities!
